Year 3 Easter Artwork

Our Year 3 boys have created some beautiful Easter artwork.  They have also been studying Renoir - see details below:       

The Umbrellas (Les Parapluies) is an oil-on-canvas painting by Pierre-Auguste Renoir, painted in the 1880s. It shows a bustling Paris street in the rain.

The original painting is owned by the National Gallery in London.

These are our studies of the famous painting. The boys were asked to use four different media: oil pastels, pencils, colour pencils and paints, to explore their effect.
