Our Ethos

St. Anthony's aims to provide high quality education in a caring, supportive and Catholic environment, infused by Christ's Gospel, in order that each of our pupils is able to develop fully as an individual, well-adjusted to the wider community.

First Holy Communion

Congratulations to all our Year 3 boys who made their First Holy Communion today at St. Mary's Church in Hampstead.  With many thanks to Msgr. Phelim Rowland for such a beautiful Mass and to all our staff who contributed to making this such a special day for our pupils and their families.

Parents’ Prayer

Gracious God, here are our children.

Reach out and touch them with your love.

Help them to be aware of your presence in their daily lives.

Guide them and inspire them.

Call them, and strengthen them to respond

to adventures you have planned for them.

Keep them from sin, but if they sin, draw them back to you.

Open their hearts and minds to be loving and generous.

Help them to get to know themselves

and to enjoy the person you created them to be.

Help them to recognise that they are gifted and

to use their gifts for the good of others.

Hold them close to your heart and deepen their love for you.

Help us to love them without possessiveness.

Help us to be patient while they strive to find themselves.

May we always respect them for what you made them to be.

Be with us to guide them, help us to be gracious in love

and to be willing to let them go.

And when the work is done

And they are formed and raised and gone,

help us to turn back to you without children

and continue the journey, wiser,

with more understanding of you and your love for us,

because we have had children of our own.
